Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Process
    1. Subscribers wishing to cancel their subscription to MyLeadGenHub.com AI Chatbot Agent services must submit a written cancellation request via email to [email protected] or through the designated cancellation form in their account dashboard.
    2. All cancellation requests must include the subscriber’s full name, registered email address, and subscription plan details.
    3. My LeadGen Hub will acknowledge receipt of cancellation requests within 2 business days.
  2. Response Requirements
    1. Following a cancellation request, subscribers may receive follow-up communications from My LeadGen Hub staff requesting additional information or confirmation.
    2. Subscribers are required to respond to any such requests from My LeadGen Hub staff within 7 days of the request being sent.
    3. Failure to respond within the 7-day timeframe may result in:
      1. Delay of the cancellation process
      2. Continued billing until the required responses are received
      3. Potential administrative fees for processing late responses
  3. Refund Policy
    1. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the subscription plan terms:
      1. Monthly subscriptions: No prorated refunds for partial months
      2. Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds may be available as per the terms of service
    2. Refund eligibility is contingent upon timely responses to My LeadGen Hub staff inquiries as outlined in Section 2.
  4. Subscription Period
    1. Subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after a cancellation request has been properly processed.
    2. Subscribers will retain access to the AI Chatbot Agent services until the end of the paid subscription period.
  5. Data Retention
    1. Upon cancellation, subscriber data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted from our systems.
    2. Subscribers may request data export within this 30-day period by contacting support.
  6. Reactivation
    1. Cancelled subscriptions may be reactivated within 90 days of cancellation without loss of historical data.
    2. Reactivation after 90 days will be treated as a new subscription.
  7. Amendments to Policy
    1. My LeadGen Hub reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
    2. Subscribers will be notified of any material changes to the cancellation policy via email.
