Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Process
- Subscribers wishing to cancel their subscription to MyLeadGenHub.com AI Chatbot Agent services must submit a written cancellation request via email to [email protected] or through the designated cancellation form in their account dashboard.
- All cancellation requests must include the subscriber’s full name, registered email address, and subscription plan details.
- My LeadGen Hub will acknowledge receipt of cancellation requests within 2 business days.
- Response Requirements
- Following a cancellation request, subscribers may receive follow-up communications from My LeadGen Hub staff requesting additional information or confirmation.
- Subscribers are required to respond to any such requests from My LeadGen Hub staff within 7 days of the request being sent.
- Failure to respond within the 7-day timeframe may result in:
- Delay of the cancellation process
- Continued billing until the required responses are received
- Potential administrative fees for processing late responses
- Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed in accordance with the subscription plan terms:
- Monthly subscriptions: No prorated refunds for partial months
- Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds may be available as per the terms of service
- Refund eligibility is contingent upon timely responses to My LeadGen Hub staff inquiries as outlined in Section 2.
- Refunds will be processed in accordance with the subscription plan terms:
- Subscription Period
- Subscriptions will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle after a cancellation request has been properly processed.
- Subscribers will retain access to the AI Chatbot Agent services until the end of the paid subscription period.
- Data Retention
- Upon cancellation, subscriber data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted from our systems.
- Subscribers may request data export within this 30-day period by contacting support.
- Reactivation
- Cancelled subscriptions may be reactivated within 90 days of cancellation without loss of historical data.
- Reactivation after 90 days will be treated as a new subscription.
- Amendments to Policy
- My LeadGen Hub reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
- Subscribers will be notified of any material changes to the cancellation policy via email.
